I had my compustar installed over a year ago, recently I experienced issues at no fault to this place. Toyota replace my door locks and messed up. I took it back up here recently to get it looked at and the owner was so helpful. He made sure that it was not the alarm, he even gave me possible issues that Toyota did…. He was right, Toyota messed up and they later fixed it. The owner didn’t even bat and eye for me, he just took my truck in and diagnosed it with out even charging me. This place has my business for life. I will recommend this place to everyone thinking about getting something installed. So happy I found this place.

Went to Tunes to get my wife a remote starter for Christmas and Andrew who took care of me was very knowledgeable of the products and gave me the best options available. Went with the option to use with phone app since she works in a hospital that had lots of thick walls and worked like a charm. Price was very reasonable. Super happy with their work and the fact that his labor is guaranteed for life gives me piece of mind. Will definitely recomend to family and friends and will come to Tunes for future work.

Andrew was very helpful in getting the installation completed in my son’s car. Any questions we’ve had, Andrew was extremely quick to respond. Great service so far. - Update: my son was having trouble with his car that we thought may have been related to the install. Contacted Andrew on a Sunday afternoon and he gave great support over the phone, and when we couldn’t fix it from the discussion, he met us at his location and he ran through every scenario we could think of. Andrew spent the better part of an hour on a Sunday, his own time, making sure that my son could get back to college in Raleigh. We eliminated all the things that would point to the issue being caused by the install. I offered to pay him for his time and he refused, he said he was glad to help. Unmatched customer service. People just don’t seem to help like this any more, and it’s great to see someone making sure that a customer’s needs are taken care of. I would highly recommend Andrew and Tunes for automotive needs. Hello, my name is Vonda. I have a 2013 Cadillac ATS and my CUE system screen had bubbled up and become unresponsive. I Googled to find someone to fix it; Tunes appeared in the search, so I called and explained the problem. I spoke with Andrew, he was so kind and calm and explained what was wrong with the screen. I asked for an appointment to get it fixed; he said he could repair it, so I took the car to him. He did an amazing job I was overwhelmed. Was stumped on a Pioneer double din wiring, took the unit here and got it all wired up in 5 minutes!!! Completely took my headache away thanks a lot!!!

Just got a 2024 TRX and reached out to Andrew to get the IGLA and Compustar. I am a very OCD and detailed person, and Andrew took plenty of time to assist me with all my questions. He was professional from start to finish, and got me in quickly to have this completed. Lastly, after everything was installed, he took plenty of time to show me all the ins and outs and at no point rushed me or made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. Great work Andrew and thank you for everything !!!

My car requires a specific radio. Installer wouldn't even look at it because it is tainted by Android. Radio is a custom fit and would have worked.

About a year ago Andrew installed Apple CarPlay in my 20 year old car. The job was done in a very professional manner and the price was very reasonable. Recently while going through the car wash my power antenna broke and the internal cable snapped. This was not related to the work that Andrew had done for me but I called him because I knew he could fix my problem. When I called he scheduled me for same day service and was able to fix my issue in minutes. At end he said it was a simple fix so he wasn’t going to charge for his time. What a nice gesture and it is definitely one that I will always remember. Thanks Andrew for the excellent service that you delivered. I walked in embarrassed at how long my Cadillac Srx touch screen was broken but immediately was met with professionalism, courtesy and able to get the job done at a very reasonable price. Without a doubt, I recommend to anyone in the Charlotte area!

Great experice with Tunes in Concord getting a Compustar remote start installed on my manual transmission vehicle. Not only did they beat everyone else in towns price, they squeezed me in last minute before I went back to school. Amazing customer service, answering all questions I had. Would recommend 110%!

Andrew had my dashcam hardwired installed exactly how I wanted it. Front and rear is clean with wires tucked away in the trim. Service was fast. I highly recommend.

Highly recommend tunes for all anti-theft needs. Thy installed an IGLA system on my Camaro which did the job it was intended to do which is prevent the car from being started via remote programmed thieves use. I will say, my car was still stolen because the thieves literally pushed my car down the road with another stolen car. But IGLA and air tags is the reason I was able to get the car back. Because they could not drive the car, they only got 1.5 miles down the road. Found it quickly with my air tags. I will be coming back to Tunes very soon to complete my security system with a compustar alarm. Additionally, I would like to point out the stellar customer service from Tunes. The morning I found my car was stolen, I was rather angry as I thought the IGLA must have failed. I immediately called Tunes and they told me to bring the car in as soon as possible so they could see if anything went wrong with the system. They could not find any issues with IGLA and later after reviewing security footage is when we found out the car was pushed. Tunes was very understanding of my frustration and worked with me every step of the way, even allowing me to keep my car at their shop for a few days while awaiting insurance evaluation before moving it to the dealership for repairs. Thank you for everything!

Andrew was next level with my questions and the actual install. Everything is working smoothly and I’m very excited about the new layer of security.

It was a privilege to have Andrew replace my 1994 Mustang's nonfunctional OEM Mach 460 head unit with an modern Alpine single DIN. The goal for my 100% original, 13k mile time capsule was to have an updated system which did not alter anything about the cars dash or wiring. One of the 3 amps was not working so the incredibly skilled Andrew built a custom wire harness so I can have my music playing as I carve the country roads of North Carolina. Even with the OEM speakers, the system sounds great and now has a little more bass and volume. The best part is that once I have my original head unit/cassette deck, bad amp and separate non-working CD player repaired, I can easily return it to stock if so desired. Being a long time DIY'er and needing some help with this upgrade, I did not know who to go to for this work. I researched reviews and once I met Andrew, I knew he was the guy I could trust to work on my baby. Tunes is a local, small business and Andrew is an absolute professional. I would not hesitate a second to highly recommend him and will definitely have him work on all my upcoming projects.
