For this Hellcat Redeye project, our team focused on precision radar and laser sensor integration to achieve a truly factory-level installation. Every sensor was meticulously aligned to ensure perfect horizontal orientation, 0° pitch, yaw, and roll, so detection range is maximized and false or delayed alerts are eliminated. Using digital inclinometers, laser levels, and custom masking references, we ensured that front and rear radar units were centered, unobstructed, and symmetrically mounted, while laser receivers were positioned flush, level, and square to the road for optimal performance.
Wiring and interior integration were handled with the same level of care. All cables were routed through factory grommets and OEM harness channels, hardwired to ignition-based circuits, and securely grounded, leaving zero visible wiring. Control modules and displays were hidden in the glove box and console areas, with stealth LED and mirror-integrated options for a seamless interior. Vibration and stability were addressed with metal brackets, rubber-isolated mounts, and properly torqued fasteners to maintain accuracy under the Hellcat’s stiff suspension and high NVH environment.
The final result is an installation that delivers early, reliable detection while maintaining a clean, OEM aesthetic. Every sensor is flush, symmetrical, and perfectly aligned, with hidden wiring and an unobtrusive interior setup. Road testing confirmed consistent performance with precise directional alerts, demonstrating that a professionally executed system can behave as if it were installed at the factory, giving our client both unmatched functionality and flawless appearance.
